Return Policy
Travel Dostt is a non returnable product. However, if you are not satisfied with the item received, you can exchange it.
Exchange Policy
At BatohiyaShop, we take great care in delivering products of the highest quality. If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we're here to help.
Exchange Eligibility
We offer exchange only for products that are:
- Damaged during transit; or
- Received with a manufacturing defect.
To request an exchange:
- Exchange Request must be placed within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
- You must provide your Order ID along with clear photographs of the damage.
Requests that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for an exchange.
Return Shipping
If your exchange request is approved, BatohiyaShop will bear the return shipping cost. We will arrange a return pickup wherever possible or provide instructions for returning the product at no cost to you.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your exchange. A replacement product will be shipped to your registered delivery address, subject to product availability.
If the same product is unavailable, our support team will contact you to discuss the available options.
We do not offer exchanges for:
- Products that have been used.
- Damage caused after delivery due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.
- Minor variations in color or appearance caused by screen settings.
- Requests based on change of mind, personal preference, or ordering the wrong product.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been shipped. Once an order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped, and no cancellation requests will be accepted once the shipment is in transit.
